Students are responsible for knowing the following:
Police and other law enforcement officers may enter the campus at any time for purposes of surveillance, investigation, or apprehension. College officials may not prohibit law enforcement officers from entering the campus. This includes any College building or residence hall when such entry is deemed necessary in connection with their duties.
Generally, the College will maintain its own campus order and violators of the law will be appropriately sanctioned through the College鈥檚 disciplinary procedures. The College generally relies on its internal resources to manage the campus. Provided the College is successful in its efforts, law enforcement authorities will generally permit the College to manage its own affairs. To the extent these methods may be inadequate, outside assistance may be requested.
